## Agent List

The Agents page displays all agents in your organization with their current status and details.

## Agent Types

The system supports multiple agent types for different workflows:

* Inbound support agents
* Outbound appointment confirmation agents
* Sales order agents
* Compliance agents

## Agent Configuration

For applicable agent types, administrators can configure:

* Maximum call attempts
* Retry interval between attempts
* Voicemail preferences
