# Getting Started

> How to access and navigate Armory Admin

## Accessing the Dashboard

1. Navigate to the Armory Admin login page
2. Sign in using your organization credentials via SSO
3. You will be directed to the main dashboard

## Navigation

The sidebar provides access to all main sections:

* **Dashboard** - Overview metrics and analytics
* **Call History** - Browse past call records
* **Active Calls** - Monitor calls in progress
* **Web Chat History** - View web chat conversations
* **Agents** - Manage agent information

## Dashboard Overview

The main dashboard displays:

* **Metrics Cards** - Call and web chat statistics
* **Category Charts** - Support ticket distribution by category
* **Daily Activity** - Activity trends over time
* **Recent Tickets** - Latest support interactions
