The Agents page displays all agents in your organization with their current status and details.

Agent Types

The system supports multiple agent types for different workflows:
  • Inbound support agents
  • Outbound appointment confirmation agents
  • Sales order agents
  • Compliance agents

Agent Configuration

For applicable agent types, administrators can configure:
  • Maximum call attempts
  • Retry interval between attempts
  • Voicemail preferences
