The sidebar provides access to all main sections:
- Dashboard - Overview metrics and analytics
- Call History - Browse past call records
- Active Calls - Monitor calls in progress
- Web Chat History - View web chat conversations
- Agents - Manage agent information

The main dashboard displays:
- Metrics Cards - Call and web chat statistics
- Category Charts - Support ticket distribution by category
- Daily Activity - Activity trends over time
- Recent Tickets - Latest support interactions
