Accessing the Dashboard

  1. Navigate to the Armory Admin login page
  2. Sign in using your organization credentials via SSO
  3. You will be directed to the main dashboard
The sidebar provides access to all main sections:
  • Dashboard - Overview metrics and analytics
  • Call History - Browse past call records
  • Active Calls - Monitor calls in progress
  • Web Chat History - View web chat conversations
  • Agents - Manage agent information

Dashboard Overview

The main dashboard displays:
  • Metrics Cards - Call and web chat statistics
  • Category Charts - Support ticket distribution by category
  • Daily Activity - Activity trends over time
  • Recent Tickets - Latest support interactions
