Access a complete record of all calls. Each call record includes:
  • Call duration and timestamps
  • Conversation transcript
  • Call tags and categorization
  • Agent information
Use the filters to search by date range or category.

Active Calls

Monitor calls that are currently in progress. Active call monitoring displays:
  • Real-time transcript updates
  • Call stage and progress
  • Caller information

Call Details

Click on any call to view the full details:
  • Complete conversation transcript with speaker identification
  • Call metadata (duration, start/end time)
  • Associated tags and call reason
  • Recording access (when available)
